Amazing work!! Their pricing was fair, their expertise on the matter was very obvious, and the efficiency of their work is unmatched! They were able to get me an appointment the day after calling, and seeing the carpet after their work was the difference between night and day. I moved out of an apartment with old 60’s carpeting, so I am being totally honest when I say I was astounded by how nice the end-product was. I also greatly appreciated the simplicity of the process and the consistent communication. If you need your carpeting cleaned, especially for move-out, these are your guys! Excellent work. Needed wax build up from engineered hardwood flooring striped. It is not easy to find companies that know how to this on wood flooring. But this company does it really well. After trying 2 different cleaning companies, each one leaving the floors looking worse, they Took 1400 sq ft of flooring that looked hazy and dirty and made it look brand new

We consider visible damage, stains, fading, color instability, wear, and other factors when determining the most appropriate cleaning method for the job at hand.
We use commercial-grade vacuums to remove any and all dust, hairs, dander, and other insoluble debris. Without proper pre-vacuuming, the dry soils will just turn to a wet muck during the cleaning.
All baseboards, corners, and other hard-to-reach places are thoroughly vacuumed.
Special stain-removers are worked into spots that may be more heavily soiled, like grout lines and high-traffic areas.
The agitation process helps loosen stains and soil by using mechanical action. We use either slow-speed rotaries or oscillating pad machines for this step.
Clean bonnets provide dirt absorption or in some cases, we may choose to use a hot steam rinse to draw out loosened stains and soil.
We then use specialized tools to create air movement to promote quick evaporation of the leftover water.
Once the floors are dry we offer two seal options, either a clear seal or a color seal. The clear seal is our standard option and effectively cleans your grout even more than a regular wash. The color sealing “stains” the grout lines with a premium sealant that will last for several years and comes in several colors.
