Can’t believe I found this group on a Thursday and they showed up on a Friday afternoon, on time, and got the carpets looking perfect! Very knowledgeable and honest about the assessment. I had a lot of stains on my carpets!!!! We rent the house so there were previous stains that came up after we moved in. Thanks to the professionals that came and did their job its super clean. I have quite a big carpeted areas in my house and after calculation it was way overly budget but thanks to the manager we made it work and I was able to pick out certain square footage in a room to save more because hald of the room did not need cleaning. Thank you very much.

(This job was for our daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Eric McClanahan). Kevin and his team at Bluegrass Cleaning were amazing and professional from the moment we contacted them for an estimate to the completion of the job just a few days later. They confirmed all of the details in a timely manner and the carpets, well, all I can say is I can’t believe how they removed some really bad stains! The end result was carpeting that is several years old looking as good as new!

This company was very responsive when I reached out to them to get a quote. I was able to get an appointment quickly. They texted me when they were on the way and they did show up in the time slot that they gave me when I scheduled my appointment. The two technicians were very professional and very polite. They asked questions, and got straight to work and didn't stop until they finished. I was very impressed. I will recommend them to family and friends.

After my dog had an accident on our area rug, I called Bluegrass Cleaning Company. I left a voicemail but received a call back in less than 5 minutes. He asked me about the dimensions and material of my rug, then told me it would not be worth it to bring it in because the cleaning needed would be too intensive and not economical for the age/condition of the rug. However, he did walk me through an at home cleaning procedure that should work and said if I have any issues to call and he can walk me through it again. This company is professional, responds quickly, and is eager to help. I appreciated their honesty and help. I did not use this company this time but definitely will if needed in the future!

Kevin went above and beyond to help me clean an antique rug I bought online. It was very dirty, had significant moth damage and needed the ends repaired. Kevin cleaned the rug to perfection, and kept me up-to-date by sending progress pictures. He then took the rug to Dana Kelly, a local repair professional. Dana not only fixed the ends, but felt it necessary for the rug to be cleaned further so they sent it to someone in Memphis, who conducted an extensive deep clean. Kevin topped-off the experience by offering I only pay for the repairs and not his own cleaning, seeing as though it was cleaned further by someone else. The rug now is soft, vibrant and has been brought back to life. I will only trust Kevin to clean my rugs in the future!

This was the second time I have requested service from Bluegrass Cleaning. Kevin is professional and is not pushy with add on services, but simply explains them and allows you to choose. We did add Scotch Guard and he told us exactly how to get a spill off the furniture if it happens. Furniture looks like new. Would completely recommend Bluegrass Cleaning.

Bluegrass Cleaning Company is an excellent choice for making your carpets fresh and clean! We scheduled them to come on a Saturday so the carpets in our home could be cleaned before we moved in. William showed up on time for the walkthrough, provided an estimate, and started cleaning within half hour. At first, I was nervous that he was there by himself but since we didn't have any furniture to move, William was still able to get the job done as scheduled. Our carpets look great! We will definitely call on Bluegrass Cleaning Company and William for our future carpet cleaning needs!

This is the third year in a row that I've used Bluegrass Cleaning Co. for my carpets, and I have been thoroughly pleased every time. The low moisture system that they use dries much faster than the steam cleaning method, and the carpets seem to stay clean longer....no problem with the same stains popping back up later. I like the fact that this is a locally owned business, and Kevin really goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied! I have tried using one of the national chains (you know who I mean). They spend half their time trying to convince you that you need some additional service. You won't get that with this company. Very highly recommended!!

Kevin did a great job cleaning our hardwood floors. When it turned out that the initial cleaning did not remove all the old floor polish, Kevin returned 2 additional days to re-clean the floors. And, as our floors soaked up the poly coating, he had to order more coating. The end result is that we have clean floors that we love. Kevin also gave us a kit of the proper cleaning product to use in the future.I strongly recommend Kevin and Bluegrass and plan to use his services in the future for carpet cleaning.

I chose Bluegrass Cleaning based on their excellent reviews on Yelp and I’m glad I did! I got an immediate response to my initial call, Kevin then asked good questions about my upholstery cleaning needs and gave me a fair quote prior to their arrival in my home… Which was the very next day! They even did an awesome job on our basement stairs during their visit – which was added to their “to do” list once they arrived. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and efficient in their service as well as being very personable. My carpet, my chairs, and my stairs are as good as new!!

My mom's dog had a field day with one fairly expensive rug and one cheaper shag rug. Kevin picked up my rugs and returned them about 2 weeks later as good as new-- he even helped me move furniture to put the rugs back where they go! They look and smell fantastic.

Very pleased with my service. I had a pet stain that I attempted to remove on my own with store-bought solutions. I blotted, vacuumed, and used the solution and I removed a great deal. However, over time, there was still a stain, a faint smell from the dog, and an overwhelming smell of the chemicals to treat it. I called Bluegrass Cleaning Company and they did a remarkable job on cleaning and refreshing my mattress -- no smells remain!

Kevin and Bluegrass Cleaning Company have the upmost professionalism, class, and respect for their clients. I can't say enough good things about this company and words don't do them justice. The prices are absolutely fair and very reasonable. They do excellent work and are pet/family friendly! They are nice to pets and understanding. They use products that are safe for your family, children, and/or your animals. And not only that, the work they do and the results of that work are absolutely excellent. Kevin was very very fast to respond to my request for someone to clean my carpets. We got together and I was very impressed with his cleaning processes/products and how well they worked on my old worn out carpets when he showed me how his overall process worked. I did not wind up using Kevin because I actually put brand-new carpet in my house before selling it. But I would highly recommend Kevin and his business for any of your carpet cleaning needs.

My wife and I just bought a house and the previous owner had two dogs so we knew we should get the floors clean before we move in. Kevin answered the phone and was able to be extremely flexible with us in scheduling. He came by and did an estimation and gave us his professional opinion on what and why different cleaning applications might be needed or not. He was quick, thorough, and in the end our new house looks and smells like it has new carpets!

What a refreshing experience! Kevin, a real person, not a machine, answered the phone himself when I called. He listened to my concerns about my urine stained carpet, recently soiled by an aging male dog. He arrived exactly on time, and did not try to upsell me with offerings of grout cleaning etc. He even recommended a product for use on future stains that I could purchase at pet supply stores. The carpet looks great! I had thought it would soon need replacement, but Kevin assured me it had a bit more life in yet. Even my husband commented that it looked better than the last time we had it cleaned. I would absolutely recommend Bluegrass Carpet!

My 30 year old couch had become the dog's couch. I had stopped sitting on it years ago. Well time came to either clean or buy a new couch. I opted to have it cleaned. The cleaning perked up the couch and now I will sit on it, the dog is getting a new bed. Kevin and Steve were professional, clean, on time and price was in line. Plan to have them do my area rugs come Spring.

I could not be happier with my carpet (and I never thought I would say that)! Kevin and his crew are knowledgeable, professional and personable. They assessed the stains on my carpets from the previous homeowners, came up with a plan, and left me with clean and protected carpets in under 2 hours, and I have a lot of carpet. This is the second time I've had them out, in the second house, and I'm certain it will not be the last. I am so happy with the results.

We could not be pleased more with Bluegrass Cleaning. Kevin and his company cleaned three rugs for our home. We had neglected them and thought about new ones but we decided to try having them cleaned first. Now we are glad for calling Bluegrass. They were prompt, moved furniture and put it back in place and the rugs look great. We will call Kevin any time we need carpet or rugs cleaned.

Just had carpets cleaned after alot of neglect the guys came in and cleaned and made it look AMAZING didnt have much hope but they did it. These guys are great. I had an urgent need to get my mom's place clean while she was in the hospital. I had Servpro quote it and then cancel on me. Two others looked and say they couldn't get to me in time. Bluegrass came out when they said, quoted me a very reasonable price and did an excellent job. I highly recommend these guys!
