Our pricing is 100% transparent and always includes each of our premium services including vacuuming, pre-spotting, preconditioning, deep restorative cleaning, and grooming.
Difficult spots and stains may incur additional costs, but if we have to charge more for specialty products and services, we will always let you know ahead of time. Extra charges would only apply in certain circumstances for stains requiring special techniques or products. The special circumstances requiring specialty products and techniques are usually caused by dye stains (kool-aid, wine, mustard, etc.) and pet urine stains.
We never hide anything in our pricing and will never surprise you with charges you didn’t expect.
Light furniture moving is included. This service includes couches, tables, chairs, and other small, easily movable furniture. We will not move any oversized items such as beds, entertainment centers, hutches, computer stations, antiques, pianos, or anything with fragile or electronic items.

Inspect / Measure / Quote / Clean
After doing a thorough inspection of your carpet before cleaning, measuring, and giving you a guaranteed, “to-the-penny” quote, you will let us know how you would like to proceed. If you are satisfied with our quote, we’ll begin cleaning immediately. The minimum charge of $129.95 covers the first 250 square feet of cleaning. Every additional area is only 52¢ per square foot (residential) or 38¢ per square foot (commercial).
