Great cleaning job and even made me aware of some mouse droppings that they cleaned up and then disinfected within my couch. They even brought to my attention what appears to be a burn mark on one of the cushions that they tried to get out but just couldn't. No fault of their own of course. I got a large area rug and a standard sofa done and I would recommend them to anyone.

Bluegrass Company is A #1 +++ in our opinion and neither my husband nor I are relatives, or personal friends. This is the second time that we have had them - this time, because we reupholstered furniture and wanted it protected the right way! In addition to protecting the new upholstery, Kevin shared with us the specifics of how to handle any spills that may occur, AND they are now doing the same excellent job on hardwood floors. Kevin told us which products we should NOT use on our wood floors along with the 'why', and agreed that our floors are not in need (yet) of any attention beyond the usual. Sorry to be so wordy but I never get anything out of 'one word' ratings- I always want the reasoning behind the rating- and now you have it!

We have the original carpet in our home. Needless to say it’s been through a lot! We’ve raised children, had dogs and cats! I was absolutely amazed at how all of the stains came out! I literally watched them disappear as they were cleaning! Their technique is a bit different from other companies we’ve used previously, which they charged more too. The price is very reasonable and I will definitely be recommending Kevin and his team to everyone!!

Bluegrass Cleaning Company was very responsive and punctual with their services. They are very accommodating to their clients schedules. Bluegrass Cleaning Company came to my house on a weekend to provide their free estimate. They explained the process of their carpet cleaning and how best to accommodate when the cleaning was done (turning down the temperature of the home, vacuuming the carpet the next day). Texts were sent out when Bluegrass Cleaning Company was on their way for the service. My husband and I really felt the difference in our carpets! They were very soft and fluffy after the cleaning was completed.
Kevin did a tile and grout cleaning/ceiling on master shower. The process was quick and it looked great! I will use him again.

They were incredibly helpful with aftercare tips and how to make the first 24 hours after cleaning work to my advantage-the owner showed up while the team was working and he too had several different helpful suggestions answering numerous questions I had about the tile and wood floors that also are in the house-they were able to help me develops a plan to encompass each surface and restore the floors - while they were there they cleaned and absolutely brought back to life what I thought was a hopeless runner going up the stairs-well done all around

Wow!! I was truly amazed at the way the carpets came out! I had never seen this type of cleaning before and was a little skeptical but Ashley was super knowledgeable about the process and put my mind to ease. The stains literally disappeared while I watched. We did exactly as she said and allowed to dry before vacuuming. The dirt came right out! No watering down the stains into the carpet! Will definitely be using again!

This group knows what they are doing!! Called to have pet odor removed. Wasn’t that hopeful considering I had another group clean it with no change. Was initially told job would take longer than it did. Girls were fast and did a great job.
The rug looks brand new and feels so soft. I can still smell the dog urine when the sun has warmed it for a period of time but it is much less noticeable. It took much longer to clean than I was told originally. The rug does look much better and the smell doesn’t slap you in the face when you walk in the door anymore so it’s good enough.

First off Kevin is very personable and friendly, which I feel is important when letting someone in your home. He gave his gratitude to me for being a teacher which was very appreciated. I chose Bluegrass Cleaning based on their excellent reviews on Yelp and I’m glad I did! I got an immediate response to my initial call, Kevin then asked good questions about my upholstery cleaning needs and gave me a fair quote prior to their arrival in my home… Which was the very next day! They even did an awesome job on our basement stairs during their visit – which was added to their “to do” list once they arrived. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and efficient in their service as well as being very personable. My carpet, my chairs, and my stairs are as good as new!!
My mom's dog had a field day with one fairly expensive rug and one cheaper shag rug. Kevin picked up my rugs and returned them about 2 weeks later as good as new-- he even helped me move furniture to put the rugs back where they go! They look and smell fantastic.

Kevin was very very fast to respond to my request for someone to clean my carpets. We got together and I was very impressed with his cleaning processes/products and how well they worked on my old worn out carpets when he showed me how his overall process worked. I did not wind up using Kevin because I actually put brand-new carpet in my house before selling it. But I would highly recommend Kevin and his business for any of your carpet cleaning needs.
